What is your response time for urgent issues?
4 hours for critical (site down / security breach), 24 hours for standard issues.
Is there a minimum contract length?
3 months minimum. Most clients stay for years.
Do you maintain websites built by other agencies?
Yes - we perform an onboarding audit first so we understand the codebase and can maintain it properly. We will flag any technical debt upfront.
What platforms do you support?
WordPress, Webflow, Next.js, Shopify, and custom-built sites. If it runs on the web, we can support it.
Will I get a human to talk to or just a ticket system?
You get a dedicated account manager and a direct communication channel. No ticket maze, no offshore call centres.
What if I need more than 2 hours of content updates in a month?
Additional hours are billed at our standard rate. We flag this at the start of the month if we can see your requests will exceed the included time.
